Tyron Perez reason for Suicide: Loss in a Gamble (Update)

Update on Tyron Perez death, he has a big loss in gamble which pushed him to bet his wife Toyota Altis car.

After the interviewed of her wife on the cause of his death, it was reported in TV Patrol that her personal Assistant said that a text message from Tryon she received was “Di ko na kaya” (I can’t take it anymore!). And according to her Tyron has been addicted to gamble.

But still the Police Authority does not close this case until a proven fact has been identified on the young actor’s death.

It was also announced by his wife, Liv, that the remains of the actor is lying in Loyola Memorial Park, Sucat, Parañaque City and available to public until first day of January 2012.

Condolences from his co-stars have been trending in twitter and expressed by the ABS-CBN management.

Early death of Tyron Perez

ABS-CBN talent, Tyron Perez, 26-year-old has been found dead in Valenzuela City last night, December 29 that made his fan sorrow.

His dead body was found dead in Barangay Ugong, Valenzuela City on the backseat of a black car with a plate number ZSP-875. The reported incident from the police found a gunshot on his right temple with a 22 caliber gun inside the car.

On the first investigation it has been reported that he committed suicide. Still the case is not yet closed according to PNP. The gun will be treated in ballistics exam while his phone will undergo forensic exam in Camp Crame.

According to her flight attendant wife, Liv Perez, they got a small problem that is common in a relationship which has been aired in Umagang Kayganda this morning.

Tyron's popularity was well known in GMA7 StarStruck reality show. Among his recent projects were, “Maalaala Mo Kaya” and “Mula sa Puso”. His trending popular was “Twilight Dancer”.

The doubt for the repeat of Bagyong Sendong tragic incident in Cagayan De Oro and Iligan City are worries of many people there.

 

As the Christmas celebration comes, some of the people there have the optimism on their heart and mind that life must go on. It has been report in ABS-CBN last night that there’s a family there who is building their home again putting a lantern on it to feel the spirit of Christmas.

Tropical Depression "SENDONG" at 11:00 AM Today

At this point of time 11:00 am December 15, 2011, Tropical Depression “Sendong” according to PAG-ASA, was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 840 km 840 km East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.5°N, 134.2°E). It has the strength of maximum winds of 55 kph near the center and forecast to move West Northwest at 30 kph.

Tropical Depression “SENDONG” is expected to be at 300 km East Southeast of Surigao City by tomorrow morning and in the vicinity of Iloilo City by Saturday morning. By Sunday morning, it will be at 295 km West of Coron, Palawan.

In addition, it will likely to intensify within twenty four hours. Estimated rainfall amount is 10-255mm per hour (moderate to heavy) within the 300 km diameter of the Tropical Depression.

Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago First Asian for ICC

It has been reported in TV Patrol (news channel in the Philippines) yesterday that Senator Miriam Defensor Santiago declared by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) to be one on a position in the International Criminal Court. This is the first time a female judge from Asian Country is elected to ICC.

According to wikipedia.com, The International Criminal Court (French: Cour pénale Internationale; commonly referred to as the ICC or ICCt) is a permanent tribunal to prosecute individuals for genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and the crime of aggression.

Senator Santiago topped the first voting with seventy nine votes and lodging to six seats out of eighteen (18) in the ICC Division.

“I believed that they were fervently praying that I would be elected that I would get out of the country. But I won’t live right away.” said Santiago on TV Patrol. She also added that she might stay for about six months to work for the Senate but once she was called she will resign.

This would be a great victory for Philippines. And according to abs-cbnnews.com, “Dr. Santiago is eminently qualified. She has shown competence and commitment in defense of the rule of law. She has demonstrated her intelligence and legal acumen through her decisions that have been cited by the Philippine Supreme Court. She has shown independence and integrity in her actions. Today is the mentioned day for the life sentence of that Filipino. It is depressing that the conviction for death sentence cannot be lowered into life time imprisonment.

According to the data reported in “Umagang Kayganda” (Philippine Television Show) this morning, there were 272 convictions there in China. And 217 is under drug trafficking. It shows that many Filipinos are doing those illegal acts of carrying illegal drugs for the sake of monetary earnings for their family.

Overwhelming reactions and questions arise in our government and in many Filipinos discipline. Other said, only God has the right to our life. For some, China has a firm law that in whatever case it is the law that matters and rule on them and it should be a lesson to learn. While other reactions show that many Filipino has no discipline; despite the fact that they knew that it is illegal, still they did that action.

A big question also has been raised why the Department of Foreign Affairs allow all the illegal drugs that passed thru in Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). How it has been released in our country and found in China? What is the role is the role of our government on that issue. Or do they just sleep tight every night without having mercy on family and relatives of many Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) with the same issue? In which we can say that many  OFWs have a major role in our national economic development.

Still, we can say that our government is young on some issues that happened on our country. Philippine is an abundant nation wherein lots of treasures and lots of talents can be found. I can say, “There’s still hope we can do it!” There’s a brighter future ahead on us if little by little we will help each other and have discipline. PNOY Denounce Chief Justice Renato Corona

Tension on the issue on the criticism of President Noynoy Aquino and Chief Justice Renato Corona has been happened during the National Criminal Summit yesterday. It has been observed before the speech of PNOY the firm handshake between the two of them.

During his speech, PNOY couldn’t resist on telling all the controversy on Supreme Court during the Arroyo administration. He mentioned the midnight appointee plus the injustice of Justice Corona on the watch list order versus the temporary restraining order (RTO) given by the Supreme Court. He said that this is against the law to appoint an individual two months before the Presidential election. President says, “Nagtalaga ka pa ng patakaran kung wala ka nmaan balak na masunod ito (You been declared a policy /law without implementing/abiding it)”.

After the speech Corona still gave his respect to the President with his firm handshake again without his speechless and motionless reaction. He added upon interviewed by the media, “Magpapasko naman, hayaan na lang (Christmas is coming just forget about it) for the sake of peace”.

After this there’s no assurance on the changes of result of votes on the case plead for Congresswoman Gloria Arroya. Moreover, Integrated Bar of the Philippines is worried on PNOY’s reaction due to respect of the public on judiciary. Improved Quality Life - First Regional Small Scale Mining Summit (MIMAROPA)

Pasay City, Manila, Philippines - Last November 24 to 25, 2011, the first Regional Small Scale Mining (SSM) Summit has been held at Eurotel Hotel in Malate Manila. The purpose of the summit is to address the problem between the environment and the operation of small scale mining Industry. Attendees came from different Local Government Unit (LGU) of different provinces of MIMAROPA (Mindoro, Marindoque, Romblon and Palawan (MIMAROPA), Provincial Environment and Natural Resources (PENRO), Municipal Environment and Natural Resources (MENRO), Mines and Geosciences Bureau (MGB), and some permit holders.

The two day summit comprises of talks, sharing of ideas, organizing policy and procedure and  formalizing the mining operations of the whole region.

It has been mentioned also the objectives of the promotion and development of Small Scale Mining. The following are the objectives:

1.) To effect an orderly and systematic disposition of small scale mining areas in the country.

2.) To regulate the small scale mining industry with the view to encourage their growth and productivity.

3.) To provide technical, financial and marketing assistance and efficient collection of government revenues.
