Allegation for the bribery as Megaworld Marketing and Sales Senior Vice President Noli Hernandez testifies that that Php 10 milliondiscount is not a bribe.
Hernandez admitted that honestly they gave one million special discounts as Senator Bong Revilla asked for the other 1M. This is in relevance with the short term payment by Chief Justice Corona which they also got 15 percent discount which equivalent to P3.5M. But he also assured that by that time he didn’t even know that the buyer is the Chief Justice.
