Hot issue and trending in social media including twitter and
facebook about what happened yesterdayin NAIA Terminal 3 where Mon Tulfo and couple, Raymart Santiago and Claudine
Barretto had a fight. There’s an injury both Tulfo and Barretto. The mere
question of many Filipino people is who says the real truth among them.
Earlier in Umagang Kayganda (UKG), Anthony Taberna discussed
the issue on the fist fight. Based on
UKG Poll, “PUNTO POLL: Sa naganap na gulo, kanino kayo kampi?” And it has the result
as of Mon Tulfo got 81% and Raymart/Claudine got 19%.
In tackling this issue, telephone interview has been
established between Cebu Pacific Officer and Mon Tulfo. Taberna added that they
ask the side of Raymart and Claudine on this issue but they just remain silent.
Side by side… corner by corner… and other content of the
report says no biased on between the two groups. But on the poll tallied by UKG
it is obvious that some of the voters are pro with Tulfo. Which according to
him(Tulfo), he is already a senior citizen and he cannot defend much for himself
because of the numbers of person who attacked him.
At the end of the topic, Taberna commented that this incident
also happened everywhere. The only difference is Tulfo, Raymart, and Claudine are
well known to the public that is why the issue gets viral.
The main root cause of it is the complaint from Cebu Pacific
of the left or delayed baggage by them. Though we can say it is a petty issue
where nobody has died and no major impact on ones personality. But the effect
to the customer is huge!
We cannot blame also Cebu Pacific on this issue. We don’t
think so if they want this to happen. But for our opinion is they must have
control and quality assurance for the quality service of their flights. It
should be a lesson to them that this issue is not only the issue of Ms.
Claudine Barretto or any other well known personality. It is the issue of
giving effective and efficient service on what the customer pay for the
services we rendered. Consumer or customer pays for the product or service
because of the fulfillment of satisfaction of what they bought. So in return
company like Cebu Pacific should provide the best service to its customers.
It is not the person who makes their statement real; it is
how the service should be real.
