Sia II is well known on his remarkable “Mang Inasal” or Mr. Barbeque concept.
Who will think that unlimited rice will be patronized by many Filipinos?

He came from a businessman family. Apparently
he took up Architecture instead of business course. His business started on
their businesses such as Four Season Hotel, Mister Labada, and Injap Color
Express.
On those
businesses, his expertise on managing business has been mold where he put up “Mang
Inasal” in Iloilo on December 12, 2003.
His
nickname “Injap” came from “Intsik-Japan” where he was originally from China.
And his mother, Jaruda is a Japanese.
The total
concept of his business caters pride of Filipino such as, free “sabaw” (soup),
unlimited rice, unlimited coke, barbeque, “sisig”, “leche flan”, and “halo-halo”.
As of March
2012 Mang Inasal branches are 433 with14,200 workers. He aims for the store 500th
branch soon worldwide.
On 2011,
Jollibee bought 70% of Mang Inasal after paying P2.8 billion of its secret of
recipe and system’s operation.
