Viral Video: Sec. Gina Lopez shares video “Heal the Hurt”

Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Secretary Gina Lopez shared in Facebook a video entitled “Heal the Hurt”.

Currently the video has 1.1M views and still counting.

Here is a full script of her message.

Sharing with you a short video on what irresponsible mining has done to our islands and the suffering it has caused our people. My heart is one with all those who have been affected by the degradation of forests, the pollution of waters, the destruction of agricultural lands, etc. Please do know that your DENR is working its hardest everyday to help each and every one of you.
